Kittery resident, Ben Porter, ben.porter@verizon.net has developed a survey for the purposes of gathering public opinion on the use of the Memorial Bridge linking downtown Kittery and Portsmouth. While the two state departments of transportation are spending millions to further study the options concerning the two bridges, Ben created the survey to gain input from people who actually use the bridge.
